Do you want your order to get there safe? Don't want to risk it getting lost or the mailman throwing it around like a frisbee and losing your hard earned cash? Get order insurance!
We will not take responsibility for any damaged or lost orders without insurance. Order insurance good for one order only. Photographic evidence required within a week of tracking delivery date to be valid. If you find a big scratch in one record from your order, test play all of them- if I send a refund for a single LP and then you ask three weeks later for a refund for a second one I will assume I am being scammed, which is unfortunately not uncommon.
Order insurance covers any and all serious issues: severely damaged jackets, damaged vinyl, broken jewel cases, broken or scratched compact discs, damaged cassettes or shells, etc. Does not apply to minor corner dings, losses due to providing the wrong address, or buyer's remorse.
Once an order is shipped from our location, you cannot purchase Order Insurance to protect your order.
